Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to return and exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be attached to the cardboard backing at the base and in the plastic sleeve to qualify for a return and exchange.  Please email us to begin the exchange process. 

 Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, all return shipping is responsibility of the customer. Please do not fold the packaging & ship back in the same box you received the item in to retain its' natural shape. Upon receiving the returned item back to our facility, it takes 2 business days for your exchange to be shipped via Ground Shipping.
