Refund Policy

Once we receive your item back to our facility, it takes 2 business to process. We will inspect the returned item and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified through email that we have received your item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card/original method of payment. The refund can take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned hair.
